After a one year break, one of Eger’s most popular city centre wine festivals returns. For six days, Dobó István Square will be filled with wines and sparkling wines from Eger, delicious food, concerts and memorable summer evenings.
Some of Eger’s outstanding wineries will present their selections at the VINO Wine Festival. Visitors can choose from light white wines, refreshing rosés, characterful red wines, sparkling wines and refreshing spritzers. The wine selection is complemented by quality street food, artisan products, live music and evening entertainment.
The special atmosphere of the event is created by Eger’s Baroque city centre, the summer lights and the lively setting of Dobó Square. It is an ideal programme for meeting friends, enjoying a pleasant evening as a couple or adding a memorable experience to a longer stay in Eger.

The VINO Wine Festival is more than a traditional wine event.
