If required, an individual adjustment of +/- 3 ℃ compared to the basic setting is possible, which can be set with the wall-mounted touch panel thermostat. The basic setting is 22 ℃ in heating mode, while 24 ℃ in cooling mode. The use of surface cooling and heating is provided as part of the service, but we ask that you close the doors and windows when using the device in order to save energy.

Breakfast is served as a buffet, meaning that guests serve themselves from the food and drink selections set up on the tables in the breakfast room. Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The wait staff is only required to serve drinks not included in the breakfast served at the bar, the amount of which is charged to the room bill.
Dinner is served in a plate service format by the wait staff in the hotel's restaurant. If dinner is not included in the room rate, an additional charge will be charged to the guest's room bill. Dinner is served from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

6. Booking, Payment and Cancellation

You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In the case of a modification, the rates valid at the time of the change will apply. After this deadline, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total reservation amount. In case of late cancellation, the deposit already paid or the card details provided at the time of booking may be used to cover the cancellation fee.
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit can be paid by bank card, credit card, bank transfer, or SZÉP card, provided the SZÉP card is issued in the name of one of the guests included in the booking. A reservation is considered confirmed only after a successful card transaction or once the deposit has been received by the given deadline.
