Summer recharge at our hotel
From July, summer terrace yoga classes will be held on the first-floor terrace of Imola Hotel Platán, led by Anita Bodó, hatha and flow yoga instructor. The beginner-friendly sessions, peaceful outdoor setting and candlelit classes offer a relaxing way to recharge body and mind in Eger.

During the summer season, relaxation can be about more than wellness and quiet moments of rest. It can also mean slower, more mindful experiences, when attention gently turns inward.
The yoga classes held on the first-floor terrace of Imola Hotel Platán offer exactly this: pleasant movement, a calm atmosphere and a chance to recharge in an adults-friendly environment.
The classes are led by Anita Bodó, hatha and flow yoga instructor, whose kind, attentive and supportive approach makes the practice easy to follow even for beginners. No previous yoga experience is required, so guests who are just discovering this form of movement are also welcome to join.
Some of the yoga sessions will be held by candlelight, creating an especially intimate atmosphere in the evening hours. Soft lights, calm movements and the peaceful ambience of the terrace come together to offer a special summer experience in Eger.

Summer terrace yoga is an ideal choice for those who would like to add a little mindful movement to their day while enjoying a relaxing stay.
Fresh air, the calm of the terrace and hatha- and flow-based practice create a pleasant balance between movement, relaxation and renewal.

Also recommended for beginners
No previous yoga experience is needed to join the classes. The practice is beginner-friendly, and the instructor supports participants with care and attention, making the class a pleasant, safe and refreshing experience.
Registration and participation information
The programme is open to both hotel guests and external visitors. External participants can register with Anita Bodó, while hotel guests can indicate their wish to join at the reception of Imola Hotel Platán, by e-mail or by phone.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. Anyone who does not have a mat should mention this in advance, as the hotel and the instructor can provide a limited number of mats.
The yoga classes are outdoor programmes, so in case of unfavourable weather, guests will be informed in advance whether the class can be held or needs to be cancelled. In case of a smaller group, an indoor location may be available, but capacity is limited.
