Daily offer - Freely selectable experiences at lunchtime
At lunchtime, every day between 12:00 and 17:00, we offer dishes to choose from a menu, made from fresh, seasonal ingredients. The lunch menu is clean, yet versatile: light dishes, vegetarian options, Hungarian classics and international inspirations are all included.
For our external guests, advance table reservations are recommended!

We are pleased to present our latest seasonal à la carte specials menu, which highlights the freshness of spring and the seasonal ingredients nature has to offer. In putting together this menu, we have emphasized lighter yet distinctive flavors, while maintaining our kitchen’s clean, refined style.
The dishes on the menu are built around carefully selected, seasonal ingredients that reflect renewal not only in flavor but also in texture and presentation. Our goal was to create dishes that are fresh, harmonious, and memorable—whether for a light lunch or an elegant dinner.
The items on the accompanying menu pair perfectly with our wine selection, ensuring a complete experience: the flavors and aromas unfold in perfect harmony.
Experience dinner – 3+1 courses per evening, always fresh, always different
Every evening at dinner time we welcome our guests with a carefully compiled, daily renewed 3+1-course menu offer, which includes a starter, main course and dessert. The harmony of flavors is completed by the elegance of the serving and the atmosphere.
In order to maintain excellent quality, the dinner period operates with limited seating, so we ask that you, as an external guest or as a hotel guest booking with breakfast, always indicate your intention to participate in advance.

Wine pairing – The character of Eger is added to the glass along with the plate
Our restaurant's wine offerings are based on the wine culture of Eger. We offer selected items from local wineries on our wine list for the dishes on our menu – from light whites to rich reds. The 3-course dinner menu, accompanied by a wine list, provides an even more complex experience, especially if the goal is to fully explore the local flavors.
We regularly organize themed wine evenings, where wine and food enter into a real dialogue with each other. Whether it's a summer cocktail on the terrace or a Eger bull's blood with dinner, BORÁG always offers something memorable in the glass.
Flexible, attentive hospitality
We also welcome guests with food sensitivities or special diets. Please let us know these needs in advance so that we can prepare them individually.
Experience dinner – not just for hotel guests
For our guests booking with external or non-half-board accommodation, the 3-course experience dinner is available for 16.000 HUF/person. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we charge a 12% service charge on our prices.
