The Tuscan journey begins from the moment of arrival. Guests can choose between a glass of sparkling wine and a refreshing lemon and basil lemonade as a welcome drink.
Light Mediterranean flavours set the tone for a weekend dedicated to relaxed moments, culinary discoveries and the joy of Italian living.
Tuscan Dinner Evening
On Friday evening, the kitchen of Borág Restaurant takes inspiration from the sun drenched landscapes of Tuscany. The simplicity of Italian cuisine, carefully selected ingredients and Mediterranean flavours meet the culinary philosophy of Imola Hotel Platán.
The 3+1 course menu captures the atmosphere of a leisurely Italian dinner, where the time spent around the table is just as important as the flavours themselves.
The dinner is also available to non resident guests without a hotel stay.
Saturday: La Dolce Vita
Saturday is dedicated entirely to the Tuscan way of life. An Italian breakfast, Mediterranean aromas, a playful treasure hunt and relaxing wellness moments invite guests to leave the pace of everyday life behind for a while.
