On 12 August, guests can choose from three exciting pasta dishes on the hotel terrace, combining classic Italian inspiration with creative and distinctive flavours.
 

For those who enjoy seafood flavours, the menu includes black pasta with prawns and vegetables, while guests looking for a richer dish can choose gnocchi with Bolognese ragout, porcini mushrooms and cream.
 

For those seeking a more vegetable-focused yet distinctive flavour combination, casarecce will be served with green pea cream and Hungarian Grey cattle salami. The pasta lunch is an ideal choice for a pleasant summer programme, a light lunch in Eger or the beginning of a leisurely afternoon spent on the terrace.
