From 1:00 pm on 22 August, guests are invited to gather around a long communal table on the hotel terrace, where the Italian way of life takes centre stage.
At the heart of the event is freshly baked focaccia: fragrant, soft and full of character, evoking the flavours of the Mediterranean. The focaccia tasting will be accompanied by cheeses, ham, sausage and vegetables, turning the programme into a light and enjoyable summer gastronomic experience.
Background music will complete the atmosphere, while a complimentary glass of prosecco or refreshing lemonade will make the arrival even more special. Participants will also receive a recipe card as a keepsake, allowing them to recreate the flavours of focaccia at home later on.
