From Friday afternoon through Sunday, a varied programme of sauna rituals, evening sessions, light refreshments and a Saturday morning yoga class creates the perfect setting for an unhurried wellness escape.

A sauna experience is about much more than simply spending time in the heat. The rhythm of the rituals, fragrant aromas, periods of rest and proper hydration all contribute to a deeply relaxing experience, especially during a cool November weekend.
The Detox & Recharge Sauna Weekend has been designed so that experienced sauna enthusiasts and first time participants can both enjoy the programme at their own pace.
The idea is simple: less rushing, more peaceful moments and a weekend dedicated to genuine relaxation and recharging.
Sauna Programmes Throughout the Weekend
The programme begins on Friday afternoon, with a variety of guided sauna rituals continuing until Sunday.
Evening sessions will also be available, offering the perfect opportunity to finish the day with a calming sauna ritual and a few peaceful moments in the wellness area.
New to Sauna Rituals? No Problem
The weekend is also ideal for guests who have never taken part in a guided sauna ritual before.
A detailed guide will introduce the programmes available throughout the weekend and provide suggestions on how to combine sauna sessions with suitable rest periods.
The guide accompanies the entire experience from Friday to Sunday, making it easy to create a comfortable and relaxing rhythm for the three days.
Light Bites and Refreshing Wellness Shots
Light refreshments complement the sauna programme throughout the weekend. Fresh salads together with vegetable and fruit shots add a refreshing touch to the wellness experience.

Saturday Morning Group Yoga
Saturday begins with a calm group yoga session. Gentle movement and mindful breathing provide a relaxing start before a day filled with sauna experiences.

Sauna Etiquette at Imola Hotel Platán
The sauna at Imola Hotel Platán follows discreet textile free sauna traditions. For an authentic sauna experience, the use of swimwear inside the sauna is therefore not recommended.
A sauna sheet must always be used on the bench, ensuring that no part of the body comes into direct contact with the wooden surface.
This practice supports a hygienic, respectful and authentic sauna experience for everyone.
Participation Information
Both hotel guests and non resident visitors are welcome to join the sauna programmes.

A wellness admission ticket is required, plus a HUF 2,000 / person / ritual participation fee.
