Alpine hay sauna – not just for mountain lads

What tree grows an Alpine hay sauna?
The story began in the Alps, where for centuries farmers observed that freshly mown mountain hay – full of alpine flowers, herbs and wild grasses – not only smells good, but also has a calming and healing effect. This gave birth to the tradition of hay steaming, which we can now enjoy in modern saunas. In our Alpine hay sauna, the air is filled with a mild temperature of 50–60°C and a humidity of 40–60%, complemented by a layer of fresh, fragrant hay. The hay is not just a "decoration", but an active ingredient: the essential oils released by the steam are full of natural substances that reduce stress, improve breathing and are even good for your skin.
Why does your body love it?
Because the Alpine hay sauna:- Relaxes and soothes, especially if you've had a lot of screen time or a boss.
