What the price includes
The package price includes accommodation, half-board service, the service charge for dinner and the applicable VAT.
Booking guarantee
Deposit payment details
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to secure the reservation.
The deposit may be paid by debit or credit card, by a SZÉP card issued in the guest's name, or by bank transfer.
The reservation is considered valid only after a successful debit or credit card transaction or once the bank transfer has been received by the stated deadline.
Modification and cancellation
Important booking conditions
- The reservation may be cancelled free of charge up to five days before arrival.
- Modifications are subject to availability and the rates valid at the time of modification.
- For cancellations made within five days of arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount applies.
- In the event of a late cancellation, the prepaid deposit or the card details provided at the time of booking may be used to settle the cancellation fee.
- For reservations cancelled on the day of arrival or during the stay, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
